Do both monitors cables have ferrite blocks on them? You can pick them up at Radio Shack usually. That might reduce it.
Another possibilty is to ensure a ground to the "bad" one - loop wire from the metal casing (usually visible through the vents) to something nice an metal - like a baseboard heater or something... Once you go dual you'll never go back!
