Or better an 18" LCD - I've got two on them on my desk in dual head mode
for 1024x2560.  The picture is clearer/larger and with two you get more
space than with ultra-high res CRTs.

Very nice.  Both displays together use less power and desktop space than
ONE of my old Nokia 21" tubes.

I picked mine up from TigerDirect.com (although the models I have aren't
there anymore).  You can get two 18.1" LCDs for less than a grand now.
A lot more expensive than CRTs, but no longer 5 or 6 times as much.

I'm annoyed that they don't have my models any longer... "NeoView" -
complete with S-Video, RCA inputs, a four port USB hub, built in
speakers AND a TV Tuner... So they can double as semi-portable video
displays, video game displays, or TVs.
