I suppose. I can't conceive of a reason why he would think his actions were
justified or excusable though. As opposed to the early supposition that
this was an attack by Iraquis. That would NOT be terrorism, it would be
soldiers defending their country against invaders. That language is the
sort of thing I am talking about when I say the current propaganda insults
my intelligence.
