No you made a blanket statement about Amnesty International. I participated 
in a number of campaigns trying to get Russian dissidents out of the old 
Soviet Union. The group that coordinated and led those efforts were Amnesty 
International. They do not support all sides nor do they support all 
prisoners of conscience. The critical factor is non-violent. That's why 
Solynetzen (spelling) and Shiransky and other Russian dissidents were 
supported by AI.
