Not that I don't concede it is possible, but I do wonder where those
civilian casualty numbers came from, and if they know what the causes
are, are they inflicted by US/UK forces or by Iraqi forces.

We know that people were killed by errant Iraqi missiles that fell back
to Earth, and we know that the republican guard and fedayn (sp) have
killed civilians who so little as waved at the US/UK troops.
