Which does not necessarily occlude a welfare system that ensures a minimum 
living standard for everyone, including those that choose not to produce. If 
the consequence of not having such a system is that people decide to take 
what they need, it might be in your best interest to pay a percentage of tax 
instead of running an increased risk of being robbed.
