I can't grab anything, notthing is there... alt+tab doesn't work...so I can't get to other problems.. CTRL and ESC or the windows start key doesn't bring up the start menu.. it happens on any type of movie file, mpg, wmv, asf and dvd.
I've searched the registry and found nothing, although I'm not quite sure what to search for. I tried removing windows media player 9 from my xp system and windows components says its not installed, but if I click on an mpg file, windows media player 9 executes adn starts the clip. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Angel Stewart" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "CF-Community" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Saturday, April 05, 2003 8:41 AM Subject: RE: I've had enough... > Have you tried...oh you can't even see the top menu bar? > It happened to me a few times that I thought windows were automatically > opening maximised...but I could actually grab an edge and reduce the > size..but because it was opened almost full screen I just assumed the > entire window was maximised. > > But if you are talking about FULL screen i.e. not even in a window > really....then...well...that could be some issue with the registry? > > This only happens with DVDs? > I heard too many bad things about Windows Media Player 9..I avoided > dloading and installing it..although knowing microsoft it might actually > be on my system after some other 'update' or other :) > > -Gel > > > -----Original Message----- > From: SMR [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: Saturday, April 05, 2003 8:57 AM > To: CF-Community > Subject: I've had enough... > > > Okay...
