Well - I've got a different jar, with a different, much nicer ghost in
it.  I'll charge only $12,000!

As an aside:

On one hand let's say you don't believe in this at all (my position) -
then isn't this fraud?

On the other hand let's say you DO believe in this totally - then isn't
this immoral and potentially illegal?  For example if I were to place a
person up for sale on eBay I could be in trouble under any number of
anti-slavery and abuse statutes... so how does placing the (supposed)
soul of somebody up for sale differ?

Seems to me that either way you're screwed.
