hehe sorry I can't take that position seriously. Anytime it takes four years to get the state of Maryland to apply its own guidelines there is something seriously wrong. They still won't enforce the court order, because he isn't six months behind. I have to collect it myself and listen to the rationalizations.
Here is what it is -- as long as the child is not drawing welfare, they really don't care. While I don't know anything about Mike's situation I would venture a guess that this factors into his problem collecting child support -- he is in Maryland too, correct? Even if his ex has no income they are supposed to impute it to her.
