I saw an interesting PBS, Frontline or NOVA (can't remember for sure) that talked about that the BOOM of the 90's were created by the "trickle down" of the 80's. It was interesting, and I would love to discuss the pro's, con's, biases, ect of the ideas in the show, if I remembered them clearly enough to do so. Would have to see the show again at the very least.
