Compound interest earned off complex financial products sold to
multinational institutions, at a predictable margin and return load measured
over decades. That's an oversimplifcation, but the venture capital scheme is
so remote from the actual economy tax measures simply do not affect it. If
people have more money, the government makes more money. If people do not
have money, the banks make more money. But on a gigantic scale.
