Probably not. There's a joke told (by Zevon?) about a new president being elected with all these great ideas about improving America. After the election he's ushered into a dark smokey room filled with defense contractors and corporate bigwigs. He's sat down and shown a film. It's a film of a famous shooting done from a different angle, like a grassy knoll. After the film, the men look at the president and say "any questions?" The president replies "yes.... What would you like me to do first" All we can hope for is a president who makes some moves to improve the country. Changing the world for the better? That's as much a pipe dream as the borg comment. Changing the system so its fair, moral or anything else. Ha!
