Hello Larry, I know in advance I'm gonna get hammered saying so. I don't have a cell phone, but from my observation it should read..
"Young, inexperienced drivers and women should not be allowed to user cell phones" People driving one handed while on a call (In the fast lane while I'm passing on the right!! arg) has been a peeve of mine and the majority are women. I'm in Alaska so your results my vary. In AK you can count on the men having a beer in their hand, so maybe my observations are skewed. But I do know you can watch baseball and drink a beer without missing the game, try watching a game and getting on a phone call...you'd be surprised what you'll miss as the conversation goes along!!!
