We was a resturant critic in one episode. He did built a rocket for Milhouse and Bart and there was this really funny "The Right Stuff" type scene with Bart's hampster getting onto the rocket.
Don't forget he was also once the CEO of a nuclear power plant and won the Mongomery Burns Award for Outstanding Achievement in the field of Excellece.
