Welp! It was lots of fun! Nice days at the beach, and then at the house hanging out with friends. The drive was a little bit intimidating, and on the way back we ALMOSt missed a turnoff but we made it in the end :)
A thoroughly happy and relaxing vacation. The television was not even 15 Inches btw. Terrible terrible way to cut corners! Buying a little portable TV! But say what. Had fun with Halo and Brute Force..as well as SSX Tricky and Project Gotham Racing. It was nice to be reminded about the other parts of Trinidad that I don't really see everyday. The little houses nestled in the midst of a variety of trees...and the road lined with coconut palm trees for as far as the eye can see. These tree branches get covered with some sort of fungus at certain times of the year that causes them to actually glow....breath taking under a full moon. :) Totally relieved any stress I had...although I don't think I had much stress to begin with but that's beside the point! ^_^ I noticed, though, that I went through the unsubscribe process just before I left....but I still seemed to be subscribed to both lists! So I had to download over 600 emails! Ack! Did I do something wrong, or is the unsubscribe giving a bit of trouble from the website? So!
