You don't need a realtor to sell a house. They just run a bunch of clowns through your house that either aren't qualified or aren't even interested. It's not the commission that's the issue, it's the complete waste of time! Keep your options open and list it yourself. There are so many resources these days on top of the newspaper (which has worked well for decades) for advertising your home. If you're in South Florida I can put you in touch with some video people.
