It isnt just that they are simple, they are reassuring, yanno? Plucky kids
save world from evil. Great stuff for anyon who is feeling a bit powerless
in the face of genocide and corporate rapacity.

Or maybe that's just me. Back when I was tutoring math at the community
college I used to say I liked the sunbject because there was always an
answer that was definitely right or wrong.
