My Last Meal Request: The menu below doesn't really go together in the classic sense, but these are MY favorites from the different categories.
Appetizer: (6) Bacon and Basil Wrapped Prawns fried and served with a peach-habanero chutney Salad: Apple, Endive and Stilton Salad served with a slightly warmed pecan vinaigrette Soup: Turtle Soup with Sherry accompanyment. Bread: Fresh Baked Baguette served with Roasted Garlic compound butter Meat: Beef Wellington medium rare Wild Mushroom infused au Jus with a bold Chianti. The beef must be angus and tenderloin. Starch: I thought long and hard about this and could come up with nothing better that homemade mashed potatoes with some of the gravy from the wellington, so sue me.
