I haven't been following this particular thread, but I presume this is a
Zen Koan, much like "What is the sound of one hand clapping"?

If it is, it is not designed to be answered, in Zen it is said that the
quickest way to enlightenment is to struggle with a "doubt mass", a
perplexing problem which ceaselessly seeks resolution.

If it isn't a koan, then how about "less than the number of Pianos" as
an answer?
