I think I'm getting flashbacks from multiple trips through reality (or maybe 
just my upbringing) -

(1) Bagels with cream cheese, lox, tomato, onion, maybe a few capers; chopped 
liver sandwiches.

(2) Dungeness crab.

(3) Most Chinese food.
