The ones that allow smoking have a non-smoking section. This is a joke 
though as you can be three feet from somebody who is smoking. My personal 
position: cigarette smoke makes me cough and I hate to cough therefore the 
less of it around me the better. I do however think this is good policy, 
even though it's a government intrustion. SO are the narcotics laws. So is 
mandatoey schooling and income tax. If we have to have government 
intrusions, this is one I am in favor of keeping.
