Let's change the model to co-operative dialup Internet. Infrastructure - 5 phone lines (or less - maybe 1 to start), 5 modems, Server, Internet Connection How many customers can you support with that infrastructure, how does it scale, what are future potential economies of scale? what additional revenue streams can you turn on? and it is just a question. (I am thinking about setting up a PC to act as a dialup host to access my high speed Internet- I have about a 1/2 dozen PCs I am planning on installing and/or selling at nominal price to get some unconnected friends online - including my mother-in-law and my parents.)
