Specifics for IIS 5:

In the IIS Admin. create a new website and set the Home Directory to the
appropriate subfolder. Then go to the Web Site tab and click on Advanced.
Click on Add and type in the host header name. I would recommend that you
do both domain.com and www.domain.com. Then just have the DNS server point
that domain to the same IP address as your main web site.

If you don't have access to the IIS Admin., your web host will have to do
all of this for you.
