In addition to this, I still think my proposal would kill this issue dead:

1. People on beta that are interested in enforcing legal contracts (instead of testing 
beta) either respond to the person directly or not at all. CC'ing Macromedia's legal 
department if you do respond.

2. Macromedia sets up new webpage (http://macromedia.com/elitiny) which lists all of 
the peoples' names who were accepted to the beta. That way people who want everyone to 
know they're on a beta, for whatever reason, can do so by adding the URL to their sig, 
resume, whatever.
