The list members that are not participants in the beta program(s) and, of
course, Macromedia themselves can discuss the subject all they want. The ones
that are participants are prohibited from discussing it at all, that is, in
public. Not even discussion of the Macromedia Press releases.

It is simple, if you are participating in the beta, you are restricted to the
NDA, If you are not, then you do not have any restrictions at all, other than
ones imposed by the owner of this list server.

The mere existence of the beta program was announced on this list by Macromedia
employees, and updates to the program were posted by the leader of the beta
team. This is their prerogative, which is not extended to the beta
participants.

| It was dealt with before I could come in and ask for it to be killed. Some
| people just don't read the NDAs.
