I dunno when this kid became a "brat" but I disagree. I don't think most of us would have been able to deal well with something like this when we were in high school, let alone the tabloid media on the front lawn to boot. When he clowned around in front of a camera it was not reasonably foreseeable that someone would put the video into world wide distribution. I think the lawsuit is well taken. He directed it at the people who did this, and did this maliciously. The people who gave him the ipod were, let's face it, hoping they would not be sued, and in fact were not.
