Doesn't matter what type of kid he is if he is smart that makes HIM the bigger asshole then the other assholes who teased him. School is tough it sucks you got alot of shit to make it through before you can become an adult its pretty much a trial by fire and if he couldn't deal with it screw him let him. I went through it i'm sure millions all the way back to the start of standardized education have gone through it and its just the way it is. Maybe he should sue his parents who obviously didn't get him the help he needed to loose the weight or got him into a school for people who can't handle life.
Life is tough get over it. Was he recording himself and someone get the tape?? I mean you dance around in front of a camara well what do you expect. He has nobody to blame but himself. Sure it sucks but he did it himself and he has to deal with the consquences. OHH WE can sue kids who tease now great lets go sueing bullys. Ok i will say theres nothing worse then your kid being picked on and you can't do anything about it but it molds character it makes you want you are. If we lived in some utopia where nobody after picked on people or anything else nobody would be who they are today.
