I think if he gets a role in the new Star Wars film he's going to be singing a different tune. That would sure be some great therapy. Frankly I hope he gets it.
Would the people that uploaded the video be entitled to anything? Probably not, but I sure could here them yelling "He wouldn't be there if it wasn't for us". When he clowned around in front of a camera it was not reasonably foreseeable that someone would put the video into world wide distribution. I think the lawsuit is well taken. He directed it at the people who did this, and did this maliciously. The people who gave him the ipod were, let's face it, hoping they would not be sued, and in fact were not.
