I think it already does? I did some freelancing for the Washington Post,
and we had to have a model release for any people we took pictures of....

So I am not really inventing a new right, I don't think... I am just
thinking that the internet is slightly worse because of the scope of it.
However, based on the lawyer's interview, the family was more upset about
the play it got in the Quebec media  than about the fact that it made Wired
magazine...
