Based on the quote from waxy.org
http://www.waxy.org/archive/2003/05/index.shtml

" After Ghyslain returned the borrowed videotape to his friend, the video
sat in a basement for months."

Yea i agree too he can sue to get them all removed but to sue for emotional
damage is silly. This is my take of that quote, he recorded the video and
then gave it back to his friend KNOWING the video was on there. And he knows
that he was being a moron on the video so its obvious he didn't really care
too much about it. If it was so scarring he would have not done it in the
first place or not returned it to his friend.

But even then is giving a tape back to someone implied consent that they
would be seen on it by others? Or do you actively have to agree to let
others look at it?? *shrugs*

oh well i dont mind the sueing to get them off the net just the sueing to
make money
