Excellent - thank you for the suggestions everyone. I'm trying a few of these out now 
and should probably write down my findings. If I do I'll be sure to report back.

ERstudio came in on the steep side at $3k, but I understand the value of it if you're 
a hard core DBA doing only database work all day. That price puts it out of my reach, 
but I have an evaluation copy so I can at least include it in my comparison.
