I too have been on the lookout for a decent cheap ER tool (meaning by boss will pay for it <g>), and I'm still looking, but I recently tested Case Studio, and it struck me as decent. It's a bit rough, but it seemed workable. I can't say it's the best, but at least I didn't uninstall it right away...
