Angel,
 If you can get your hands on a POSTcard you can narrow it down to exactly
what is failing. They aren't real cheap so if you know someone who has one
see if you can use it and let me know what the POSTcode is. I do BIOS
engineering as well as web development so I can tell you what is failing by
the POSTcode. It could judt be the CPU or memory that is bad and not the
board itself. Gigabyte makes pretty decent boards so it might not be the
board at all.
