Wow, I guess being 3 years old puts you out of warranty for most things.

You don't have a second system lying around to test this on, do you? I
mean, you could at least check to see if the thing is actually booting
and not just going through the motions. 

If you really think it is just a graphics card, order one online. I have
seen GeForce2's going for about $20, and nicer, cheaper ones on
TigerDirect.

No..well..that's why I switched cards.
Yes..I did use 2 AGP cards though.

So it would have to be the slot itself that is bad.
I think I have an old Diamond Monster Banshee graphics card lying around
somewhere...that is PCI...

Might try that over the weekend, but the memory switch seems easier so
I'll doo that first ^_^

Three beeps Gel? I have a couple gigabyte boards, and IIRC, three beeps
is video. Check to make sure that the vid card is WELL seated. My vid
card would always pop out at the back when I screwed in the card. Drove
me nuts for half a day.
