Have to run... but YES - a well-done focus group can be invaluable.

But it has to be well-done.

(As aside, don't make jokes behind the mirror.  We once ran one and the
question "What words would not describe this site" was asked to the group.
I whispered "vagina" to the guy next to me... he laughed so hard that the
entire group spent the rest of the session glancing nervously at the
mirror...)
