I'm still not entirely clear though. For this context does Palestinian = Arab? Or is it really looking at a nationality? Is it only "Palestine" as a nation or all non-Israeli nations? So if, say, someone from the US marries someone in Israel, would they have the opportunity to become an Israeli citizen? Does it matter if they are a US christian or a US islamic? If it's a limit on anyone from any nation other than Israel, does it then also affect non-Israeli Jews?
