I know what you mean. I was in great shape back when the army was paying me
to run and work out twice a day :)

This weekend we had drill in the mountains around Cascade, MD. Part of the
Appalachian trail goes right by our training site. Did a land navigation
course up and down these things. Thought I was going to die. Wouldn't even
have noticed they were there a few years ago.

"Hey, Uncle Owen, this R2 unit has a bad motivator!"

Seriously, a personal trainer might help.
But again, TIME.
(and money)

Joked about hiring a trainer for our son -
a sexy woman.
"OK, if you can catch me..."
<hee hee>

Am motivated, but am also TIRED when we try to fit in too much.
When we go to the gym often enough and try to keep up the
house/bills/clutter,
there isn't also enough time for R&R.
<sigh>
