Depends on your organizational structure - marriage counselling, when
conducted with a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, or social worker,
can sometimes be written off as a helth expense. Insurance may even
cover it, depending on the nature of the problem (for instance, if the
couple wants to get a divorce and it is related to an 'adult relations'
issue, this could be diagnosed as such and thus considered a medical
expense).

If you are a C-Corp, ask your accountant about setting up a policy for
allowing this (if you have insurance, you probably already have one this
can fall under). If you are an LLC or proprietorship, I would call an
accountant and ask them to explain this in regards to the laws in your
jurisdiction.
