oi Kevin!! from where the hooks were in my back...it felt like my head was being pushed down a bit, and having my arms just dangle was about the most comfortable way i could get. Being that it was my first suspension, i didn't really know what to expect, so i stayed close to the ground. I think my next one will be even better.. knowing a bit more what my body can take....etc. It is a very weird feeling to lift your feet off the ground like that and not have your hands touching anything..and knowing you are only held up by your skin.....
