I liked that although he didn't mention it, the midgets had
a big red D on their chests ... which I assume was an
abbreviation for "defense mechanism" which is what they
were, but it's vaguely reminiscent of DareDevil's costume
and just in general in keeping with the "alphabet soup"
concept of costuming in comic books where so many of the
heroes have monogrammed costumes. Daredevil, Captain
America, Thor (?), Herculese, Superman, etc. etc... Although
throughout the rest of the series (the Tick) I can't
remember ever seeing another character who had a monogram.
:P I coulda seen them done it with Barry (the Tick) or Die
Fledermaus to emphasize their narcicism. :)

And on an only marginally related note: Tiff is a big fan of
Steven King's the Stand. (I'm not a big fan of anything
Steven King), and was watching the video the other day and
it just occurred to me how similar TrashCan Man is to ... to
uh... so he says to me, I don't like the cut of your jib.
And I says, It's the only jib I got Baby! Yea!! Yea!! I
wanna be evil! I'm making gravy without the lumps!!!
Hahahahhahahahahaaha!!!!!!!! I just wanted to wash my
hands...

Isaac
