The traditional second anniversary gift is cotton. If she's into kimonos
there's this.

But, personally, I'd prefer one of my husbands cotton t-shirts, wrapped up
with a note telling me how way cool he thinks I am and how he'd like to end
the night with me wearing nothing but said cotton t-shirt.

The contemporary second anniversary gift is china.
So, if she's into that sort of thing, you could get her an antique piece of
china. If she's more of the fun-loving sort, you could take her to one of
those "make your own pottery" places and the two of you could make something
together. While not exactly china, it's close enough to catch the theme.
