Actually one of our favorite restaurants is like that: "Phoenecia" in Boston. The Lebanese couple that owns it just love it when we come in. ;^)
Of course my son is perhaps the pickiest eater on the face of the planet... so we can't go there very often. "These don't look like Ronald MacDonald French fries", "I don't like that" and so on.
