I can resolve the name in _every_ other way. Ping. Browser. Etc. I want to use the name because, when my boxes reboot, I have to delete and then re-add the SQL Server in enterprise manager. This is becuase all my boxes get assigned IPs by the gateway/router. By the way, I tried assigning a set IP to the box. When I did that, however, I couldn't access the internet from that box. If I could fix that, then I'd just use assigned IPs. -rc ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm?link=t:5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm?link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 This list and all House of Fusion resources hosted by CFHosting.com.
