I've consistently held forth that if my movie-making career ever takes 
off, every film I direct will have a Dalek someplace.  Sort of a 
director's mark - like Hitchcock's walk-ons or something.  I just 
imagine an outside scene with, say, two people having a conversation in 
a park, and among the people walking around, for a second in the corner 
of the frame, a Dalek rolls by, on its way to the fishmonger or something.

There are some good bad guys still: Keyser Soze comes to mind.  Hannibal 
Lecter (but not in "Hannibal", although Bryan Cox's version of him in 
"Manhunter" was fantastic).  Hmm, I'll think of some more...
