Correct.  I agree with Doug.  You need a hobby.  Some hobbies for those 
that fell burnt out...

Automatic rifle shooting course,
Street fighting,
Making explosives out of household cleaners...

Just kidding.

Go on a vacation.  Two weeks somewhere like the Caribbeann or the 
mountains. No phones, no pages, no laptops, no PDAs.

I go on quite a few mini vacation a year, and one long one.  I also go wave 
running during the summer, and winter if warm.  Working out is also good.
