I think it's a great idea. You'd have to work out the administration of it.
For instance, how would you compensate someone for writing up a proposal or
finding an opportunity?

The reason I ask is -- I for example am a novice CFer, but I'd probably be
dynamite at writing proposals. But I am not that good a "front person." I
dislike closing, for example.

If the idea goes anywhere, I'd be interested.
