Well, it's mostly the idea that if she says she's seeing someone that
you'd still send her flowers and ask again. That, and calling the next
day to ask for a second date. I'd generally expect someone to wait
another day.

Of course, I'm speaking from the perspective of someone that walked up
to her (now) husband, stuck out her hand, and said, "Hi, I'm Deanna."
I'm all about being straightforward. The "romancing" thing kind of turns
me off.
