Personally, I'd leave it.  While annoying and apparently misinformed
(you can't call something a framework unless you're Hal?  WTF?), it's
not vulgar, nor all that offensive.

The person's post also does nothing to lend themselves creedence.  I
mean, "Thos who can't do..."?  Those who can't contribute complain, maybe.

Anyway, it's really up to you.  If this is something you don't want
there, I don't feel like it would be necessarily wrong to delete it.  I
just wouldn't do it myself.
