1) If you don't like it, delete it. If that's what you want to do. ;^)
You've got no personal responsibility to free speech or providing idiots
with forums for their thoughts. The post is unhelpful, uncritical and
useless... on that basis alone, dump it.
2) This is, as I see it, one of the main problems with allowing
anonymous posting on any forum - I'd stop it. Make it as easy as
possible (send a confirmation link to an email address for example which
much be clicked for the post to appear) but make some sort of verified
sign in mandatory.
3) Don't sweat it. Idiots will come out of the wood work at the least
provocation. With as much traffic as you're getting feel happy that
it's not happened before. In the wild and wooly days before Blogs
idiots would actually have to send email to be non-constructive - now
they can just post in their blogs while commenting on others blogs.
In the end this was a fluke; like stepping in dog crap. You can't take
it as a sign that you deserve crap, just that crap exists and will
sometimes cross you path.
