You should at the very least include the model of the phone and preferably the level of SyncML support it has. For instance, if the phone can only do binary data transmission over raw TCP sockets, I don't think CF can communicate with it. But if it supports HTTP, it should be easy (but still an awfull lot of work to get the data reconsiliation right).
